The camera lenses could be found in various focal lengths that determine the field of viewing and the focus depth. As the lenses get longer, they can possibly focus even on the smaller areas but definitely need to focus for getting sharp images. Refrain from the touching of lens with the fingers as oils on the skin could cause a damage to coating of lens permanently.
