To capture a video there are five different modes in which you can shoot the video. The resolution in which the video can recorded is 640 x 480 pixels. It also has a Macro lens where you can click pictures of those which cannot be captured by normal lens. The Macro mode is so clear that you can take picture of your finger prints. This mode is preferred by professionals. It also comes with audio visual cable where you can connect your camera to the TV to view images or play a video.

The overall ratings of this camera is good, it is an excellent choice for beginners. The speed of the camera is also fast as it has Canon DIGIC II processor.
